What this service does

Prismada helps you find Reddit conversations relevant to your product and create ads that appear alongside those conversations using Reddit's official Ads API.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your product
• Don't use the service to promote illegal products or services
• Don't misrepresent your product in ads
• Comply with Reddit's advertising policies
• Pay for any ad spend you authorize

Our responsibilities

• Use Reddit's official APIs for all ad deployment
• Keep your data secure
• Be transparent about how the service works
• Not post content on your behalf without your approval

What we don't guarantee

• Results: We can't guarantee clicks, conversions, or sales. Advertising results vary.
• Ad approval: Reddit reviews all ads. They may reject ads for any reason.
• Uptime: We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime.
• Relevance accuracy: Our matching is AI-powered and won't be perfect every time.

Payments

• You pay for your Reddit ad spend directly through your Reddit Ads account
• If we charge a service fee, it will be clearly displayed before you pay
• Refunds for service fees are handled case-by-case

Account termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Use the service for spam or abuse
• Violate Reddit's policies repeatedly

Liability

We provide this service "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by Reddit's platform, API changes, or ad rejections. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll email you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
